- John - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Magic Tree House 9". I found the story to be dull and predictable. The characters were one-dimensional and lacked depth, which made it hard for me to connect with them. Additionally, the writing style was bland and lacked creativity. Overall, I was expecting more from this book and it simply fell short of my expectations.
