I had a terrible experience at Magic Toyota service in Lynnwood. Not only did they take way longer than promised to fix my car, but the repairs they did actually caused more issues. I had to bring my car back multiple times to get the initial problem fixed properly. The staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic to my concerns. I will never be returning to Magic Toyota and would not recommend their service to anyone.
