I was really disappointed with my experience at Magic Falks white water rafting. The guides seemed unorganized and inexperienced. They did not provide clear instructions on how to navigate through the rapids, and as a result, our raft flipped over multiple times. Additionally, the equipment they provided was worn out and did not feel safe. I would not recommend this company for white water rafting.

I had a terrible time at Magic Falks white water rafting. The entire experience was poorly managed right from the start. The guides were rude and did not seem to care about our safety. I have been on other white water rafting trips before, and this was by far the worst.
