*IMPORTANT* Make sure that you hear a "click" when the spoon is inserted into the jar all the way. The "click" triggers the mechanism and pulls the "food" down onto the spoon. Your little one might need to use a bit more force the first few times, but with some practice they should have no trouble feeding their baby dolls!
