MangaMart.com is responsible for a package only until the carrier confirms that the order has been delivered for all deliveries. If your return is accepted, a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please note while we will provide a return label for most cases, there are some incidents where the customer must purchase the return label.
We do NOT provide return labels for customers outside of the contiguous United States. We do NOT provide return labels for products that are sold at 30% or higher discount.
Once your return label, is received:
- Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely.
- Enclose a copy of your packing slip.
- Attach the label that we emailed to you and ship the package.
- We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information.
O nce we’ve received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved within two business days.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the items returned to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will only receive refund for the item your return and any sales tax or service fee you paid on those item. Shipping cost is not refundable.
