Magic Springs Bag Policy At Magic Springs, the safety and security of our guests and employees are of the utmost importance. To ensure a pleasant and stress-free experience for all, we have implemented a bag policy that aims to enhance security measures while still allowing guests to bring essential items into the park. Guests are permitted to bring bags into Magic Springs; however, these bags are subject to search by our security team upon entry. This search is conducted to detect any prohibited or suspicious items, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in the park. We request our guests to cooperate with our security team during the search process for a smooth and efficient entry. To expedite the security search process, we encourage guests to pack light and minimize the number of personal belongings they bring into the park.
Consider a budget friendly weekday visit as the lower anticipated attendance provides a better opportunity to social distance.
As we continue to monitor this evolving situation, we have put in place increased sanitization protocol and will continue to follow the guidance of federal, state and local health agencies. Other risks of attending large outdoor or indoor venues include injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the park.
To expedite the security search process, we encourage guests to pack light and minimize the number of personal belongings they bring into the park. This will not only reduce the time spent during bag check but also make it easier for guests to move around the park comfortably. While we do allow bags inside the park, please note that any bag larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted.
Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark Ticket Terms and Conditions
This ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn any time at the sole discretion of the management of Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark (“Company” or “Park”). No cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges; will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or unused. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection. Operating dates, hours, prices, and policies subject to change without notice. Availability of rides, shows and attractions are subject to change without notice. The bearer of the ticket grants Company the right to film/video/photograph the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without any payment.
Assumption of General Risk/Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at the park and the use of all rides, attractions, and facilities and agree to read and obey all safety signage, instructions, and rules. Such risks include but are not limited to bodily / physical injury, harm or death that may be caused by, arise from or be attributable to the use of or participation in or on any attraction. Other risks of attending large outdoor or indoor venues include injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and/or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the park. You are responsible to know your own health and physical condition and limitations and the health and physical condition and limitations of any minor under your care or supervision. If you ride or use, or you permit any minors under your care or supervision to ride or use, any attraction, you or they do so at your or their own risk. Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, rides, attractions, facilities or their entrance into or departure from the park. You hereby irrevocably release Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and hold them harmless for, all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your attendance at, and use of, the Park.
For the safety of all our guest and team members, we have increased all health and safety measures at the theme and waterpark. You must follow all posted instructions and instructions given by our team members while visiting. The CDC and local health departments advise that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while in any public place where people are present. By visiting the waterpark, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Additionally, bags with wheels or extended handles are not allowed as they may disrupt the smooth flow of guests and impede accessibility. Exceptions to the bag policy are made for diaper bags and small purses. Diaper bags, that are accompanied by a child, are allowed in the park. Small purses or bags, no larger than 8" x 10", are also permitted. These exceptions are made to ensure that essential items for parents and caregivers are easily accessible throughout their visit. It's important to note that Magic Springs reserves the right to prohibit any bag or item that may pose a risk to the safety and security of our guests. This includes but is not limited to weapons, explosives, illegal substances, and other dangerous items. Any prohibited items found during the bag search will be confiscated, and appropriate actions may be taken as necessary. - Alex - 2 stars - I was extremely disappointed with Maagic Springs' bag policy. They wouldn't allow me to bring in my backpack, even though it was small and could easily fit in the designated size requirements. I had to leave it in my car and carry around my belongings in my pockets all day. It was inconvenient and frustrating not being able to have my essentials with me. I hope they reconsider their bag policy in the future.
- Emily - 1 star - The bag policy at Maagic Springs ruined my experience. I understand the need for security, but they took it to an extreme. I wasn't allowed to bring in a small purse because it supposedly exceeded their size restrictions. I had to carry my phone, wallet, and other personal items in my hands all day. It was uncomfortable and made me worried about losing or dropping something. I won't be returning to Maagic Springs unless they revise their bag policy.
- Jonathan - 2 stars - The bag policy at Maagic Springs was a major inconvenience. They didn't allow any bags, not even small ones, and insisted on checking every pocket thoroughly. It slowed down the entry process and created long lines, which wasted a lot of our time. I understand the need for security, but their approach was excessive. I hope they find a better way to ensure safety without inconveniencing their guests.
