1. Jane Smith - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the LG 55 4k UHD Smart TV with Magic Remote. First of all, the remote control was not intuitive at all. It was overly complicated to navigate through the different menus and settings. Additionally, the response time of the remote was extremely slow, which made it frustrating to use. On top of that, the voice recognition feature hardly ever worked properly, and I found myself having to repeat my commands multiple times. Overall, I found the remote control to be more of a hassle than a convenience, and I wouldn't recommend this TV if you're looking for easy and user-friendly navigation.
2. John Miller - 1 star - I regret purchasing the LG 55 4k UHD Smart TV with Magic Remote. The remote control is absolutely useless and does not function properly. It constantly loses connection with the TV, and sometimes the buttons simply do not respond. It's incredibly frustrating to have to continuously re-pair the remote with the TV every time I want to use it. Furthermore, the button layout is not intuitive, and I find myself constantly pressing the wrong buttons. The touchpad feature is also very sensitive and often causes accidental scrolling. Overall, I would not recommend this TV to anyone due to the poor performance and functionality of the Magic Remote.
