The Lagan community near me is a vibrant and diverse group of people who share a strong cultural heritage. The Lagan community is primarily made up of immigrants from various countries who have settled in this area. They come from different backgrounds and have their own unique traditions and customs, but they all share a common bond as part of the Lagan community. From today's [url=https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20478238/hotfixes-january-30]hotfix notes[/url]:

Companions
Lagan is no longer tradeable, and is unique.

This means that you must complete the achievement if you want [pet]Lagan[/pet].

Not sure what happens to any Lagans that were purchased prior to the change. Can they still be added to the Pet Journal even if the achievement hasn't been completed?

During the weekend, I almost bought it from AH, but decided to wait a few more weeks, to get it below 50K.

Makes me kind of glad I picked one up prior to the change although I do still plan to do the achievement eventually (now I won't be able to sell the one I get though :/). Still, these kind of unannounced and unexpected changes are annoying as they create a climate of insecurity. Now I'm wandering what might be next and if I should by a Wisdomball now even though I originally planned on waiting for one to drop.

Also a though for the people who had one or several 'Lagan' in stock with the aim of selling them, that must be a serious blow.

This actually happened sometime last week, I had 1 I was trying to resell while they were still high, I went to relist it & it was sb. I was allowed to learn it & I am very glad it was the only 1 I had.

i think this is a good correction.
even if i think the way they are doing is not really fair (i mean the semi stealth / un-expected (sot of) )
it was intended to be BOP , it is like having the class pet not cageable, but the item trable. defeat the purpose of the non cageable.
my guess is you can expect same for Wisdomball as well. just my 0.2c

I don't foresee this, not really the same kind of situation. [pet]Lagan[/pet] is the result of a tough to complete Mythic level achievement (for now). The [pet]Wonderous Wisdomball[/pet] is a world quest with little skill involved, albeit very rare drop.

For once I beat the nerfing. I did get Lagan through the AH about a month ago. I am always that guy, you know that guy, that waits to long thinking it will come down or it will somehow get easier.

I have issues with PUGs at normal and heroic levels. Mythic just intensifies those issues. I miss the days when I had a solid group of friends that all did these as a group, no raging, whining or anything negative. I am the last of my group that still plays.

Dammit, I was also in the "I'll wait for the price to drop" boat.

If they take away this pet because of a techniciality, will they also take away the Family Familiar achievement and pet that was a reward from those who "earned" it by manipulating/exploiting the system? Blizzard left a get-around and someone was smart enough to figure it out. Kudos.
In my opinion, the "fixes" by Blizzard are woefully uneven.

I don't think they are taking it away. It is just no longer tradeable/sellable.

Side note: the Family Familiar thing was acknowledged as intentional on twitter way back. Not sure why they changed it later, but then there isn't as much battle pet communication now adays.

Somebody had mentioned that those who bought Lagan and did not have the achievement might have the pet deleted from their accounts by Blizzard.

So? The get-around was ok with Blizzard and then they decided to hotfix it. hmm. That is clearly real and fundamentally unfair.

We are in agreement, I don't think the change in itself is bad or unreasonable, it was kind of surprising in the first place that Lagan was cageable, what I object to is the manner in which the change occurred.

I bought mine; hope they don't make it disappear; however if they do I sure hope they give me back the (substantial) amount of gold I paid for it.

Anyone without a wisdomball, I'd buy one . if they do make it bop you're in if not well you can always sell it later if you get one.

Now I'm looking up the achieve in case I have to do it lol

For years, most of the loot in dungeons, has not been tradeable, so this change, to me, makes sense.

But I find it unfair to punish folks, since some have already gotten it, and others were trying hard to get it.

The problem with this not being cagable is the fact it now makes it harder and harder for people to get this achievement and thus pet. Those that already do have zero incentive now to do it again and help others get it. As they can't sell it anymore. Thus even those that want to do the achievement will find it hard to find a group to do it. Another short sited blizz idea sadly

Well, seeing as how I am one of the many that was burned waiting on a price drop, maybe we could start a group through here that would like to work together to get this finished?

Oh man, I'm glad I bought it way back, even if it was expensive.

I'm just seriously hoping they don't decide to remove it from people who did buy it. I was just leveling him today and got him to 24. Wouldn't be fair to punish those of us who bought it fair and square from the AH.

When I was serious about collecting (in game) pets I had this one marked down for a future expansion, when it will be possible to solo and on a char with stealth will (hopefully) be able to skip some of the trash in the two dungeons.

Never realised it was not BoP until fixed. Mind you I suspect it would have been to expensive for me anyway.

Lagan community near me

Many members of the Lagan community run their own businesses and contribute to the local economy. They also volunteer their time and resources to support community organizations and initiatives. One of the notable features of the Lagan community is its strong sense of solidarity and support. Members of the Lagan community often come together to help one another, whether it be through financial assistance, networking opportunities, or emotional support. This sense of community is especially important for new immigrants who may be facing language barriers or cultural differences. In conclusion, the Lagan community near me is a thriving and diverse group of people who have come together to celebrate their cultural heritage and support one another. Their contributions to the local community are invaluable, and their sense of solidarity serves as a source of strength and unity..

Reviews for "Exploring the educational opportunities in the Lagan community"

1. John - 2 stars - I recently visited the Lagan community near me and I was quite disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming at all. The facilities were poorly maintained and in need of some serious attention. Additionally, the activities offered were limited and lacked variety. I expected more from a community center that claims to provide a range of services and programs for the local residents. Overall, I felt let down and will not be returning.
2. Sarah - 1 star - My visit to the Lagan community near me was nothing short of a disaster. The place was dirty and unkempt, with garbage littered all around. The staff were unprofessional and rude, showing no interest in assisting visitors. The facilities, such as the restroom, were in terrible condition and desperately needed cleaning. It was clear that there was a lack of maintenance and care put into this community center. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to steer clear of this place. It was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.
3. Michael - 2 stars - The Lagan community near me left a lot to be desired. While the location was convenient, the overall organization and management were lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, resulting in lengthy wait times and poor communication. The spaces available for different activities were limited and often overcrowded. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. With so many other community centers in the area, I would not recommend wasting your time with the Lagan community center.
