FAQ

S hipping

You place your order > order is processed > order is produced > order is packed > order is shipped > order is in your hands

It can take roughly 1-5 business days to pack and ship your order. As a small business, we try to work as fast as possible to get your new favorite style in your hands, but we also want to make sure it's absolutely perfect. Feel free to check in with any questions.

I cannot change/alter your shipping address once your order has been shipped.

US Orders

USPS domestic shipping is $5.

Need it shipped faster? Email [email protected]

Canada and International: Shipping cost is calculated by weight by country.

*All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs. To estimate your import duties, enter your cart details into the following link: Duties Calculator .

International Shipping (Possible Customs Fees)

Shipping Internationally can often have an additional expense for the shopper/buyer. The shop follows the standard customs practice in which all items received internationally and related customs fees are at the expense of the shopper/buyer.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order with Totally Good Time, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Totally Good Time. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Lost Orders/Order Delivery Issues

We are not held responsible for lost packages. If the package is notated with "delivered" under tracking, then every effort must be made on the shoppers end to locate the package. Please keep in mind, that even when it says "Delivered" via USPS tracking that it can still take another day to get to you. I don't have a reason why this happens, it just does, so please wait an additional day or two.

If your order does not show up, recommended options are speaking with your local postal carrier and/or visiting your local postal office and asking if there is a package waiting for you and a slip was omitted. Also look around your doorway and ask family or house members face-to-face.

I will not send another item and/or a refund will not be issued if your item is notated with "delivered” via the USPS tracking.

Additionally, if you have put the wrong address on your order, the order has shipped and been delivered, there is nothing I can do about getting the order back. You will need to either write your former address, swing by your former address or think of something clever to get your order back. I can only update an incorrect address if the order has not left the shop.

If your order does not find it's way to you via the USPS (aka stuck in tracking limbo), you will not be charged for re-delivery. We cannot re-deliver until the item has come back to the shop. I want you to have your item and to love your item more than anything. Every blue moon, a postal issue occurs. Once the parcel comes back to the shop, I will notify you and reship with an alternative method or carrier. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unclaimed Packages

When packages are sent back to the shop and marked as unclaimed the shop will re-send the package once postage has been paid by the recipient.

Package Not Moving From Tracking

Are you checking your tracking and the package isn't moving? Are you an International customer and it has been several weeks and still not moving from Los Angeles or elsewhere? This extremely rare (and unfortunate occurrence) happens every blue moon. Typically, the package isn't updating and then will suddenly spring into action and be at your doorstep. Unless the package comes back to the shop, we have to wait. Thanks for your patience.

Packing Slips

Packing slips are included in your order, but there is no price information listed. Rest easy if this is a gift that the recipient will only see what was ordered, the address, and TGT store information including possible exchange.

Damaged Order

Each and every garment passes through my hands and on the rarest of occasions a small damage could pass by. If this happens, please reach out and check in at [email protected].

Sales and Promotions

As a courtesy, if you've purchased an item that goes on sale or a promotion is offered after you've purchased, you have 24 hours from that order sale date to request a price difference via email.

Do you give to any charities?

In 2016 we donated 100% of the sales from our limited edition "Love Wins" tee to One Pulse Orlando and $1 from each sale of our Free Kesha tee was split between RAINN and The Humane Foundation.

More FAQS

How do I get in touch with you?

[email protected]. I answer emails Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST within a few hours.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 48 hours of being placed Monday through Friday. This applies for Priority Shipping as well. Orders ship USPS First Class Mail and typically take 1-2 days in the Tri-State/New England area and 3-4 days everywhere else.

The Totally Good Time shop is located in upstate New York. There are times that your order ships lightning fast (same day/next day) and I strive for that every time. But keep in mind everything is produced by hand one by one, so your patience is appreciated.

I received my shipping notification, but I'm heading out of town and need to change it.

I cannot change a shipping address once you receive that notification. You'll have to work that out with your postal mail carrier or friendly neighbor.

How can I track my order?

Locate your order email notification and you'll be able to track your order right there from the comfort of your finger tips. Additionally, you could've (you should've!) created an account with us and log in any time for all your order information.

How do the shirts fit?

All items, unless noted, are unisex/mens fit. Often, I recommend women size one size down. The sweatshirts run a little big.

Can I include a note within the gift?

Yes. Leave your note in the notes section at checkout or email me to follow up.

There's something wrong.

You have seven days from the date you receive your order to let me know.

I'm sending this as a gift, will there be a receipt/invoice within the package?

A packing slip with the purchase amount omitted is included. Each item is tagged and then packed in a clear poly bag. That clear poly bag goes into our white poly bag which is then shipped and ready for good times.

Reviews for "The Cozy Witch Tarot: A Deck for Ritual and Ceremony"

1. Sarah - 2 stars
I was really disappointed with the Cozy Witch Tarot. The illustrations were cute and whimsical, but the cards lacked depth and symbolism. I felt like I couldn't connect with the meanings and interpretations of the cards. The guidebook that came with the deck was also very basic and didn't provide much insight. Overall, I found this deck to be more of a novelty item rather than a useful tool for tarot readings.
2. Michael - 1 star
I was excited to try out the Cozy Witch Tarot, but it fell far short of my expectations. The artwork was charming, but the cardstock quality was poor, making the cards feel flimsy and cheap. Worse yet, the card meanings were vague and lacked the depth I was hoping for. The guidebook provided shallow interpretations, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and confused. Overall, this deck was a letdown, and I would not recommend it to serious tarot enthusiasts.
3. Emma - 2 stars
As a professional tarot reader, I was looking for a deck that would bring something new and exciting to my practice, but the Cozy Witch Tarot simply didn't deliver. The artwork was cute, but the images lacked the complexity and symbolism necessary to provide profound readings. The cardstock quality was also lacking, making them feel like they would easily get damaged with regular use. I believe this deck is better suited for beginner readers or those looking for a lighthearted approach to tarot.
4. Matthew - 2 stars
The Cozy Witch Tarot seemed like a fun and whimsical deck, but it fell short for me. The illustrations were cute but lacked the depth and symbolism I expect from a tarot deck. The guidebook was also very basic, providing generic interpretations that didn't resonate with me. While this deck might be suitable for casual readings or as a novelty item, it didn't meet my needs as a serious practitioner. I would recommend looking for other decks that offer more depth and substance.
