She is the coauthor, along with Frank Klaassen, of The Magic of Rogues: Necromancers in Early Tudor England, also published by Penn State University Press.

I found Cowboy Magic Shampoo to be incredibly harsh and drying on my horse's coat. Despite the claims that it would leave his coat soft and shiny, it actually stripped away all the natural oils, leaving his coat dull and lifeless. Additionally, the strong scent was overwhelming and lingered long after the wash. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to others.

I had high hopes for Cowboy Magic Shampoo, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. While it did clean my horse's coat reasonably well, I noticed that it didn't do anything special to improve the shine or softness as advertised. Moreover, I found the consistency to be quite thick and difficult to rinse out completely, which left my horse feeling sticky and greasy. Considering the price, I expected better results. I won't be repurchasing this shampoo.

After using it, my horse started scratching and developed red patches all over his body. It's clear that this shampoo is not suitable for sensitive horses like mine. I had to seek out an alternative product to soothe his irritated skin. I would caution others to be wary before using this shampoo, especially if your horse has sensitive skin.
