About the Author
MARY POPE OSBORNE is the author of the New York Times number one bestselling Magic Tree House series. She and her husband, writer Will Osborne (author of Magic Tree House: The Musical), live in northwestern Connecticut with their three dogs. Ms. Osborne is also the coauthor of the companion Magic Tree House Fact Trackers series with Will, and with her sister, Natalie Pope Boyce.

1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I'm sorry, but "Cinnamon in Witchcraft" just didn't do it for me. I found the book to be incredibly cliché and predictable. The characters lacked depth and the storyline felt forced. The use of cinnamon as a magical ingredient was interesting, but it was poorly executed. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to others.
2. Matthew - 1/5 stars - "Cinnamon in Witchcraft" was a complete letdown. The writing was amateurish and the plot was painfully slow. I couldn't connect with any of the characters and their actions made no sense. The concept of incorporating cinnamon in witchcraft sounded intriguing, but it was hardly explored and felt like an afterthought. I struggled to finish this book and wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time on it.
