VIFP Diamond and Platinum members will still receive priority over the FTTF guests for dining requests. This is true both in advance of the sailing as well as once onboard. In the case of onboard requests, the Maitre'd will first clear all Diamond members, next Platinum members and then FTTF guests.
Orders must be cancelled and no cancellation charges will be assessed if done prior to the pre-sail cut-off time 11 30pm ET, the evening prior to the cruise departure. The number of people who may purchase the FTTF package will be capacity controlled based upon the number of VIFP Diamond and Platinum members booked on the sailing.
The Thermal Suite also offers a herbal sauna, designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress. The gentle heat and herbal aromas work together to create a tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploration and adventure. Water Shuttle Priority
You will have priority water shuttle service from ship to shore (multiple departure times may be possible) so you can explore ashore as quickly as you want to. When ready to go ashore, if not on a Carnival shore excursion, present yourself at the Guest Services Desk.

1. Jenny - 2 stars - The Carnival magic thermal suite was a huge disappointment! The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the facilities were not up to par. The sauna and steam room were not properly maintained and were in desperate need of cleaning. The relaxation area was cramped and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a comfortable spot to unwind. Overall, it was a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.
2. Michael - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Carnival magic thermal suite, but it fell short in every aspect. The jacuzzi was cold and barely functioning, the heated loungers were not heated at all, and the overall atmosphere was not relaxing or enjoyable. The staff seemed disinterested and were more focused on chatting amongst themselves. Save your money and skip the thermal suite on this cruise.
