I was really disappointed with my experience at Bounce Magic near MD. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged with the children, and there was a lack of supervision in certain areas. The facility itself was also not well-maintained. The inflatables were dirty and some were even ripped. Overall, I did not feel comfortable letting my kids play here and would not recommend it.

Bounce Magic near MD was a complete letdown. The place was overcrowded with screaming and unruly kids running wild. There was hardly any enforcement of rules, which made it chaotic and dangerous. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the situation. Additionally, the food options were limited and overpriced. We definitely won't be returning.
