I was really excited to try the Bannerlord spell mod, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. First of all, the spells felt out of place in the medieval setting of the game. It broke the immersion for me, and it just didn't feel right to be casting fireballs and lightning bolts in a game about medieval warfare. Additionally, the mod caused some major balance issues in the game. The spells were overpowered and made combat too easy. It took away the challenge and strategic aspect of the battles.
