Years ago it seemed to have potential, but the developers dropped the ball hard.
Super slow updates that add little to nothing or take away from the existing content and the content that they manage to push out is inferior to the akabur's core game, which have been changing for the worse aswell.
Biggest gripe for me is the new cgs that are drawn by complete amateur and are unwankable. The weakness of the new story and useless unfun mechanics that they have been adding are not helping the case.
This has turned to patreon cash grab.

A brilliant game turned to unplayable mush.

The review down below me has some good points, but I loved the dress up element because it tickled my bimbofication fetish, you got to see Hermione dress up sluttier as you played.

However, they've utterly ruined that element of the game, and guess how? By making it unplayable and buggy, because of a fancy loading screen, that requires a high-end PC. No added gameplay, or massively upgraded graphics. Nope. a loading screen, one that isn't even that interesting. The clothing mechanic is now buggy, and often crashes the game, if you're not waiting ages for it to load.

I've played it off a cheap android smartphone, expensive tablet, and modest Pc that can handle GTA V at the very least, but it's too low end for the loading screen.

It's been going downhill for a while, adding new girls, and never finishing story lines at an exceeding pace, but now they are starting to change Akaburs original dialogue (he is a fantastic writer as far as porn game Devs go), and messing around with pointless mechanics that block out most people and for the most pointless reasons (a rubbish looking loading screen and half arsed UI changes).

Y'know what, it took me a while to realize that I just don't care about this mod anymore. On paper this mod sounds like it should be gold (or, well silver I guess) because it's just adding more scenes and girls to an alright if somewhat underwhelming foundation.

But in reality it just doubles down on the dress up part of the game while stumbling over literally every single other thing it strives to add.
-Luna lovegood has been entirely reworked, at the cost of losing pretty much all of her scenes and story.
-Astoria greengrass has been reworked, but ever since she's been added she's had pretty much fuck all going on anyway so whatever.
- Susan bones. fucking who? She still has nothing going on.
- Tonks? You can drink with her and play dress up, that's it.
- What the fuck is even the point of the card game that they added?
- I forgot because it changes like the weather, were potions working or broken at this point?

I must say, I usually find Ren'py games very boring and unfun to play but this game really surprised me. I knew the original version which was already quite alright but it is even better now. I didn't find myself skipping all the uninteresting and useless dialogues, the dialogues (since it's the topic) are very funny. Absurd humour is my cup of tea so you bet I liked them. The progression of the corruption and perversion of the girls is coherent, somewhat a bit long but it is compensated by the dialogues. the girls don't go from "Oh no Professor i would never do this" to "Oh sure Professor anything you want and ask me to do" in 2 days.
The little downside is the lack of CGs but they seem to be on their way, slowly but surely. Overall, this is a masterpiece of the Ren'py engine

Makes a very alright game much much better like absurdly better. Removes the stupid book grind stuff but also on a negative note removes some important pop ups and mentions of certain things like for example how the bird does nothing or some solid statements that give quite clear indication on how you are coming along

The mod definitively expands the game worthy, just like we would expect, and they added more mechanics, not only new content with girls. I just wanted to know where in the game that hairjob scene occours because i wasn't capable of finding it, but every other aspect is good as they show. Incredible increment in history and the graphics are better than the vanilla one. I really like how they reduced the grinding and made the playthrough more funny, like the interactions with Snape. Congratulations for the team.

The Akabur content is quite good, but clearly unfinished. The Silver content, while not as good as Akabur, is at least adequate and building upon his foundation. I do wish they stuck to his foundation a bit more though, because it seems like some of the direction they're going in is either random or not nearly as interesting as the Hermione content. A card game? So odd. And I know the other girls aren't the main focus so its fair they don't get the same attention as Hermione, but honestly the level of the writing isn't nearly as good. The Silver writers can sometimes be on the QUITE wordy side, and with little payoff. The looks of the characters are mostly appealing, but their events just aren't executed as well as their design.
Overall its a cool game, but I personally don't find anything outside of the main Hermione content to be satisfying.
