Circle of the Moon coven is expanding to the Winchester area! Circle of the Moon was founded in Phoenix, AZ in 2002, and expanded to the DC/MD/VA area in 2014. The video started off promising, with a great intro and a promise to deliver a spooky and realistic witch look. However, as the tutorial progressed, it became clear that the instructions were not very clear, and the final result did not look anything like the promised look. I found myself getting frustrated and confused, and ended up having to pause and rewind the video multiple times just to understand what the YouTuber was trying to say. Overall, I was not happy with this tutorial and would not recommend it to anyone looking to create a witch makeup look.
2. John - 1/5 - This Witch makeup tutorial on YouTube was a complete waste of my time. The YouTuber claimed she was showing a step-by-step guide to create a stunning witch look, but I found her instructions to be incredibly vague and unhelpful. She moved way too quickly through the video, making it impossible for a beginner like me to keep up. Additionally, the camera angles and lighting were terrible, making it difficult to see what products she was using or how to apply them correctly. Overall, I was highly disappointed with this tutorial and would not recommend it unless you're already an expert at doing makeup.

The end result was nowhere near as impressive as shown in the thumbnail, and I felt like the whole video was a waste of my time.
