I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I was supposed to get 2 for 1. Took awhile, received 1 brush. Customer service responded but still has not sent a 2nd brush. They were "looking into it". Meanwhile, brush is terrible. Had a similar one from Hairstreaq, which was a much better brush but equally bad customer service. They were supposed to send 2 free brushes with a review and they never sent and did not reply to multiple inquiries.
