We had a highly disappointing experience at Vacation Homes in Kona Magic Sands. First of all, the description of the property was not accurate at all. The pictures made it look much bigger and more luxurious than it actually was. The furniture and appliances were old and outdated, which really took away from the overall experience. The cleanliness was also subpar, with dusty surfaces and dirty linens. On top of all that, the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this vacation home to anyone.
