I bought an Earring Magic Ken when he came out and I recall there was a lot of controversy around the doll, with conservative groups saying he was encouraging immorality or something ridiculous. Not sure Earring Magic Ken would be quite so popular with the gay crowd once his pants were off if he s as anatomically incorrect as the other Ken and Barbie dolls.
