A checklist to make sure you’re up to the task is:
1. Do you have the ability to stay focused, and to help others stay focused on a task?
2. Are you organized? Can you put together an email or phone list and make sure everyone is contacted when needed to update about any cancellations, changes of venue/location, or other news?
3. Are you dependable? Do you have the availability to commit your time not only to the meetings, but the work that will go into preparing topics for the meetings? In my experience, a 2-hour group meeting will take at least twice that amount of time for prep-work.
4. Are you comfortable meeting new people enough to speak openly and honestly with them about what the group will likely entail?
4b. If the group isn’t meeting at your home, but will be in a public space (like a reserved room at a library or rec center) are you comfortable with being the contact person to get this handled?
5. If group dues will be collected, can you be responsible for handling the money with integrity and keeping it safe and separate from other currency in your possession?
6. If difficulties arise in the group among members, can you establish a protocol and enforce it for positive resolution?

- John - 1/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Tf2 spell hat. The idea of a hat that gives you magical abilities sounds cool, but in reality it just doesn't work well in the game. It's difficult to use the spells effectively and they often end up doing more harm than good. I ended up losing fights because I was trying to cast spells instead of using my normal weapons. Overall, I don't think the Tf2 spell hat adds much value to the game and I wouldn't recommend it.
- Emily - 2/5 stars - As a long-time fan of Tf2, I was excited to try out the spell hat. However, after playing with it for a while, I was left feeling underwhelmed. The spells are limited in their effectiveness and don't really add anything unique to the gameplay. I also found that the hat itself didn't look very appealing and didn't fit well with the other cosmetic items. It's a shame because the concept of a spell hat is interesting, but I think it falls short in execution.

The spells feel gimmicky and don't really have a meaningful impact on gameplay. They also make matches feel unbalanced, as some players may have more powerful spells than others based on luck. Additionally, I found the spell hat to be quite distracting visually, as it stands out too much and doesn't blend well with the overall aesthetic of the game. Overall, I wasn't a fan of the Tf2 spell hat and don't think it added much value to the game.
