1. John - 1 star - Talisman Suites in Broadbeach was a complete disappointment. The room was outdated and the furnishings were worn and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and had a strange odor that couldn't be masked by any amount of air freshener. The hotel staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Talisman Suites if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The rooms were small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The walls were also quite thin, so we could hear noises from neighboring rooms throughout the night. The hotel amenities were lackluster and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, the location was not as convenient as advertised, as it was a bit of a walk to the beach and nearby attractions. The only positive aspect of our stay was the decent view from the balcony. However, I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Broadbeach.
