Once upon a time in a bustling bazaar, there was a little shop tucked away in a corner. It was run by an elderly man named Mr. Ali. The shop was filled with peculiar artifacts and trinkets, attracting both locals and tourists alike. Among the many treasures in his shop, Mr. Ali possessed a magic lamp that was rumored to grant wishes to whoever possessed it.


When a magic spell is executed successfully, the target(s) are summoned forcibly onto the magic crest of the old world civilization corespondent to the color of magic cast, subjected to the effect of the spell, then returned to wherever they were beforehand. These crests seem to have once been of superior cultural importance, but are only mentioned directly once during the story, when the one of the touchstones in Glacia ask about the "Purple crest" which "hides a number," the answer being two, which is the number of circles at the edge of the purple magic seal. The number of dots around the edge of the seals seem to correspond to the moons, although why which moon is which number is completely unknown. The number of the seals is also strongly reflected in the architecture and symbols of many of the locations related to the crystals. (As a few examples, Recumen has 4 heads, the red crystal has 4 points, Yeligar has 5 major appendages, Zelos has 6 arms, the entire Soltice offensive grid is hexagonally (six side) based; the list is extensive.) The seals are in this order, from lowest to highest: Seal of one; Life (green), Seal of two; Will (purple), Seal of three; Agility (blue), Seal of four; Power (red), Seal of five; Energy (yellow), Seal of six; Void (silver). Oddly the progression of the story has no relation to this order at all.

Ali possessed a magic lamp that was rumored to grant wishes to whoever possessed it. This lamp had been with him for as long as he could remember, passed down through generations of his family. The lamp had an intricate design with patterns etched onto its surface, giving it an aged and mystical appearance.

Magic (煌術 Kōjutsu ) in Skies of Arcadia is organized into six categories, one for each of the 6 known Moons. They range from offensive, status changing, life restoration and healing.

Over time, the magic lamp had become weathered and tarnished. Its golden sheen had dulled, and it seemed to have lost its sparkle. Many customers visited the shop, but few were intrigued enough to give this seemingly insignificant artifact a second glance. However, the true secret of the aged magic lamp lay within its worn exterior. Contrary to popular belief, the lamp held immense power and potential. It had witnessed the fulfillment of countless wishes and had the ability to transform lives. One day, a young and curious girl named Sara stumbled upon Mr. Ali's shop. Her eyes sparkled with wonder as she explored the multitude of objects displayed. Intrigued by the aged magic lamp, Sara tentatively picked it up. She was drawn to its silent magnetism, feeling a surge of energy pass through her. In that moment, Sara felt a connection to the lamp. It seemed to whisper to her, urging her to make a wish. With her heart pounding, she closed her eyes and made a wish – a wish for a bright and hopeful future. As if in response, a soft glow emanated from the lamp. Sara's eyes widened as she realized her wish was coming true. The aged magic lamp had heard her plea and was granting her request. From that day on, Sara's life transformed. Her hopes and dreams became realities, and she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth. The magic within the aged lamp had rekindled, rejuvenated by Sara's belief and pure intentions. As the years passed, Mr. Ali's little shop continued to attract visitors, all drawn by the power of the aged magic lamp. Its golden surface remained dull, but those who truly understood its worth knew that its magic lay in the heart of the beholder. And so, the aged magic lamp taught a valuable lesson – that appearances can be deceiving, and true power lies within. It reminded everyone that even the most worn and weathered objects can hold immense potential and the ability to change lives for the better..
