Thoroughly cleanse the face with water, ensuring the skin is free from any cosmetics or other skin treatments. Wet the forehead and chin area thoroughly with clean warm water; please note the strip will not adhere if the skin is dry. With dry hands open the Forehead & Chin Strip sachet and peel the strip away from the liner. Apply the strip with the shiny side down on the forehead or chin, taking care to smooth out any bubbles or creases. Allow the strip to dry naturally for 10 to 15 minutes. Slowly and carefully peel off, starting at the edges then pulling towards the centre. If the strip is too firmly attached or is painful to remove, wet the area thoroughly until strip is easy to remove.
