I became obsessed with creating and playing with hybrid Sims a few years back and decided to bring one of my old saved Sims back from the deep recesses of my library to showcase just how wonderfully messed up they are.
That Call Rainstorm ability is really handy for a mermaid-vampire-alien hybrid who burns in the sun but has to swim and can t learn any vampire abilities. Occult fans with generational play styles are probably used to getting either one type of occult or the other when having two different occult types Try for a Baby.
They can transform into bats, drink plasma from other sims, and even compel them to do their bidding. Vampires also have unique needs, such as a thirst for plasma that must be satisfied regularly. Witches, on the other hand, are skilled in the magical arts.

It turned out Elle had both alien and spellcaster abilities but I could find no trace of mermaid or vampire in her anywhere at all. Maybe a Sim can only be up to three occults at once or maybe the devs have partially stamped out the ability to create hybrids. I mean, I can’t really blame them. They’re a complete and total mess but they’re still a fun mess.
They can cast spells, brew potions, and perform rituals. They have a spellcaster rank, which determines their magical prowess and unlocks new abilities as they practice their craft. Mermaids are half-human, half-fish creatures that can live both on land and in water. They have the ability to swim faster, communicate with marine animals, and even summon an oceanic weather event. However, they need to hydrate frequently to survive and can transform into their fish form when in water. Aliens are extraterrestrial beings with unique physical features and abilities. They have the power to teleport, read minds, and shape-shift into a disguise to blend in with human sims. Aliens also have a special connection to space and the stars, which can affect their mood and abilities. Ghosts are the deceased sims who have returned as spirits. They can possess objects, haunt sims, and even be resurrected with the ambrosia food. Ghosts have unique needs, such as socializing with other spirits and maintaining their ghostly form. Occult sims offer players a new level of gameplay and storytelling in The Sims 4. Whether players want to live out their vampire fantasy, practice witchcraft, explore the depths of the ocean as mermaids, discover extraterrestrial secrets as aliens, or interact with spirits as ghosts, these occult options provide a whole new dimension to the game. Players can mix and match occult types, create hybrid sims, and even have supernatural-offspring, further expanding the possibilities and excitement of playing with occult sims in The Sims 4..
