The Voice talked about Earth. It told Emily that the Elf King was planning to travel to Earth. Now know that the Elf King is controlled by the Voice, it would seem that it is not the Elf King that wants to go to Earth, but rather the alien parasites. Seeing too, that they left their first planet because they exhausted its resources, it would make sense that they’re already searching for another host planet beyond Alledia.

Overall, I found the book to be quite boring and it didn't live up to my expectations.
2. Alex - 1 star - I was a huge fan of the Amulet series, but the seventh book was a major letdown. The plot felt disjointed and rushed, without any clear direction or purpose. The dialogue was also weak and lacked the humor and depth that made the previous books enjoyable. I'm hoping that the next installment will bring back the magic and wonder that was missing in this one.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - As someone who has been following the Amulet series from the beginning, I was really disappointed with the seventh book. The writing felt rushed and the story lacked the depth and complexity that made the earlier books so captivating. The artwork also didn't seem up to par with the previous installments. Overall, I think this book was a miss and I'm hoping that the next one will redeem the series.
4. Brian - 2 stars - The seventh book of the Amulet series didn't live up to the high standards set by its predecessors. The plot felt convoluted and hard to follow, and the pacing was off. It seemed like the author was trying to cram too much into one book, and as a result, the story suffered. I found myself losing interest and struggling to stay engaged throughout.
