It was clear that they had not properly washed or dried my car. Additionally, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I had to wait for a long time before someone finally acknowledged my presence and when they did, their attitude was rude and dismissive. Overall, I would not recommend Pure Magic Car Wash to anyone looking for a quality car wash experience.

2. Mike - 1 star - This car wash was a complete waste of money. The supposedly "magic" touchless system they use did not do a good job at all. My car came out looking just as dirty as when I brought it in. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually providing a good service. Save yourself the disappointment and find another car wash.
