1. Emily - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my stay at Pousada magix citu. The rooms were small and outdated, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, the location was not great, as it was far from most of the attractions and restaurants in the area. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
2. Mike - 1 star - My stay at Pousada magix citu was a complete disaster. The room I was given had a musty smell and was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and had a broken faucet. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in addressing any of my concerns and did not provide the level of service I expected. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to find somewhere else to stay.

Additionally, the noise from the surrounding area was very disturbing, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The only positive thing I can say is that the breakfast was decent. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
