How long will my visit take?
The exhibition is self-guided, and we expect guests to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
What if I’m running late to my time session?
For sessions sold in 30 minute increments, you will have the full 30 minute window to arrive for your session. If you are later than 30 minutes, we will be able to accommodate you in the following session as long as space allows.
Can I leave and come back?
Tickets for the exhibition provide one-time entry. Once guests are inside the exhibition, they may not re-enter. Should a guest need to step out of the exhibition for an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
Is parental supervision required?
All guests age 15 years and under should be accompanied by a guest of at least 16 years of age.
What age is Harry Potter™: The Exhibition suitable for?
Guests of all ages can experience Harry Potter: The Exhibition, however, some immersive elements may be scary for young audiences.
Can I dress up to visit the exhibition?
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the Wizarding World by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!

What is the difference between the ticket offers available?
Timed-Entry Tickets : Choose this ticket type to enter on your selected date at any time during your chosen 30 minute window. For instance, if you purchase a 1:00pm ticket, you may enter anytime between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. Select a date from the calendar, then select what time range you’d like to attend (morning, afternoon or evening). From there, select your preferred time session.

At what age do children have to buy a ticket?
All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Guests ages 2 and under will need a complimentary children’s ticket to enter. Please note that complimentary child tickets must be reserved at the time the rest of your party is booked. Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the New York City exhibition.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. As such, all local, state, and territorial regulations are followed in each venue.
Is your exhibition accessible for guests with disabilities?
Yes! Each location is accessible to guests with limited mobility. For guests with hearing disabilities, closed captioning subtitles are available on most of the galleries’ media screens.
How does this exhibit impact guests with sensory sensitivities?
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
Are strollers allowed in the exhibition?
Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the New York City exhibition.
Are animals allowed in the exhibition?

Will all of the props and costumes be the same in every city?
Because we are showcasing authentic props and costumes from various Wizarding World productions, displayed items will vary by venue.
Will the exhibition reveal spoilers from the films?
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the greater Wizarding World. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the exh ibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.
