I stayed at the Nagic Blue Playa del Carmen in Mexico and it was a terrible experience. The hotel's advertisements made it seem like a luxury resort, but it was far from it. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable and there were stains on the sheets. The bathroom had a foul odor and the shower had poor water pressure. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and it seemed like they were not interested in providing good customer service. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my stay at Nagic Blue and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nagic Blue Playa del Carmen in Mexico was a letdown compared to my expectations. The hotel is located in a noisy and overcrowded area, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. The facilities were outdated and in need of refurbishment. The pool area was small and crowded, with limited seating available. The dining options were mediocre, with limited choices and subpar food quality. Overall, I expected more from Nagic Blue based on the price I paid, and I would not choose to stay there again.
