1. Linda - 1 star - I had a horrible experience with Mwgic dry clean. I brought in a delicate cocktail dress that had a small stain on it. When I got it back, not only was the stain still there, but there were also several new tears in the fabric. It was clear that they didn't take the necessary precautions when handling the dress. I was extremely disappointed and will never trust them with my clothing again.
2. Mark - 2 stars - I had high hopes for Mwgic dry clean, but they let me down. I brought in a suit to be dry cleaned, and when I picked it up, it looked worse than before. The fabric had faded in some areas, and there were even new stains that weren't there when I dropped it off. The customer service was also lacking, as the staff didn't seem to care when I brought up my concerns. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I won't be returning.
3. Sarah - 1 star - I would not recommend Mwgic dry clean to anyone. I brought in a wool sweater to be dry cleaned, and not only did they shrink it, but they also completely ruined the texture of the fabric.
