I had the most terrible experience at Mr magic car wash on Banksville Road in Pittsburgh. First of all, the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The employees were rude and had no interest in helping me with any questions I had. Secondly, my car came out of the wash with streaks and smudges all over it. I could have done a better job washing my car myself! Overall, I was extremely disappointed and will never return to this car wash again.

I decided to give Mr magic car wash a try, thinking it would live up to its name. Boy, was I wrong! The only thing "magical" about this place is how they manage to run a business in such a terrible manner. The wash did a mediocre job at best, leaving my car with grime still visible in certain areas. Additionally, the prices are much too high for the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a clean and well-maintained car.

Not only did they not pay attention to the details of my car, but they also left several areas completely untouched! It was as if they had only given my car a quick rinse and called it a day. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and find a different car wash in the area, because this one is definitely not worth your time or money.

Mr magic car wash on Banksville Road definitely did not meet my expectations. The wash itself was mediocre, as there were still visible dirt marks on my car windows and exterior. Additionally, the wait time was incredibly long, despite the car wash not being very busy. Overall, I was unimpressed with the service and cleanliness of my car after visiting this establishment. I will be searching for an alternative car wash in the future.
