These magical dates promise to captivate stargazers and romantics alike, as they mark the nights when the moon will radiate its luminous light in an alluring manner. Among the significant dates to look out for is the night of June 16, 2024. On this particular evening, the moon will unveil its mystical charm, casting a soft glow upon the land below. It is a night that holds the promise of intrigue and wonder, beckoning us to look up and embrace the celestial spectacle above. Another noteworthy date is July 15, 2024.
Registration Dates for All 2024 Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic Events
Registration dates for 2024 Moonlight Magic sessions are now available with the first occurring just a few days from now on December 19, 2023.
Disney Vacation Club will host 8 Moonlight Magic events throughout 2024. Registration for most events takes place in two waves. First, members with hotel reservations on the night of the event can participate in the Early Registration, securing spots for all guests listed on their reservation. Later a General Registration will be held for qualifying members without a hotel reservation.
The lone exception to this process is the event hosted at Disney California Adventure which has a single registration date.

Registration for all events will utilize a virtual queue system, assigning a random place in line to each member hoping to register. Most events do not have sufficient capacity to accommodate all who may wish to attend. Virtual queue links will be sent out less than 24 hours before registration is set to occur. Registration typically opens at 11:00am eastern on the designated day.

Disney California Adventure Moonlight Magic Registration Opens 12/19
Disney Vacation Club members looking to attend the first Moonlight Magic event of 2024 will soon be able to register.
Disney California Adventure will play host to Moonlight Magic on January 29, 2024. All eligible Disney Vacation Club members can register to attend beginning on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Registration opens at 11:00am eastern, 8:00am pacific. Moonlight Magic utilizes a virtual queue system to manage sign-ups. Those wishing to attend should be in the virtual queue waiting room before the posted start time. At exactly 11:00am, each participant will be assigned a random queue position in order to complete the sign-up process. Being in the queue at the appointed time does not guarantee admission to the event.
Members with confirmed hotel reservations on the night of the event can register for themselves and all guests listed on their booking. Members without a hotel reservation can bring up to 4 guests to the Moonlight Magic event.
Moonlight Magic provides members with complimentary after-hours admission to the theme park, along with free snacks, unique character greeting opportunities and more. Advance registration is required and capacity is limited. Members must attend, presenting their DVC ID card and a photo ID upon arrival.
Moonlight Magic is part of Disney Vacation Club's Membership Magic perks program. Members must own at least 150 points purchased direct from DVC in order to qualify unless grandfathered at a lower level.
