I was really disappointed with the Masxot services near me. The staff seemed unprofessional and didn't seem to have the proper training in handling animals. I was nervous about leaving my dog there, and my fears were confirmed when I picked him up and noticed that he seemed stressed and anxious. The facilities also didn't seem very clean, and overall I was not impressed with the service. I will definitely be finding a different place to take my pet in the future.

I had a terrible experience with the Masxot services near me. When I dropped off my cat, I specifically told the staff about her dietary restrictions and allergies. However, when I picked her up, I noticed that they had been giving her food that she is allergic to, and she had a terrible allergic reaction. I was furious and immediately took her to the vet. The staff was not at all apologetic and seemed to brush off the incident. I will never trust them with my pet again.

When I brought my dog in for grooming, they seemed to rush through the process, and when I received him back, he didn't look properly groomed at all. It was clear that they had not paid attention to the specific instructions I had given them. I won't be returning to this place for any pet services.
