I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Magic Blue Playa del Carmen. The hotel is far from the beach and the rooms are small and outdated. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. The worst part was the noise level - I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to me. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had high hopes for Magic Blue Playa del Carmen, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The room was not as clean as I would have liked, with dust and stains on the furniture. The pool area was crowded and the water looked dirty. The location was also a disappointment, as it was far from the main attractions and required a long walk or expensive taxi ride. I would advise looking for other options in the area.

I regret choosing to stay at Magic Blue Playa del Carmen. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations - the rooms are shabby and outdated. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was a constant musty smell throughout the property. The breakfast options were limited and not very tasty. The only positive aspect was the friendly attitude of some of the staff members. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Playa del Carmen.

Magic Blue Playa del Carmen was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty and smelled of mold. The bathroom had ants and the towels were old and stained. The noise from the nearby construction site made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The location was also not ideal, with limited dining and shopping options nearby. I would advise against staying at this hotel if you want a pleasant vacation experience.
