1. Sarah - 2 stars - I was really excited to get the Magic Flame Fireplace for my living room, but I have been disappointed with it ever since. First of all, it was not as easy to install as the advertisement made it seem. The instructions were confusing and the pieces didn't fit together very well. Secondly, the flame effect is not very realistic. It looks more like a cheap LED light than a real flame. Lastly, the heat output is very minimal. It barely warms up the room, even when I have it on the highest setting. Overall, I would not recommend the Magic Flame Fireplace.
2. John - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Magic Flame Fireplace, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The design and build quality are subpar. The plastic casing feels cheap and flimsy, and I'm not confident that it will last very long. Additionally, the remote control that comes with it is extremely finicky and doesn't always respond to commands. On top of that, the heat output is very weak. It barely makes a difference in room temperature, even when I have it running for hours. Save your money and invest in a better quality fireplace.
