I had absolutely no faith that a washcloth with just water and a polishing cloth could do ANYTHING close to the same job as Windex and a roll of paper towels. The polishing cloth doesn t stay dry enough to do all my windows in one go so I kinda wish you could buy one wash cloth and two polishing cloths together, but that s a tiny thing.

Window Cloth (thick) – Wet thoroughly and wring out. Clean with the cloth damp, with just water. For heavier dirt, first use wet before finishing with it damp.
Polishing Cloth (thin) – Use dry on glass. Use directly after the Window Cloth while the glass is still damp. When the Polishing Cloth gets too damp, it is less effective at drying to a streak-free finish.

A warm rinse is often enough in day to day use. Machine wash regularly at medium temperature, using a little detergent and rinse well. If too much detergent is used, cleaning performance may be reduced, in which case, hot wash without any detergent. The cloth will benefit from an occasional hot wash at high temperature or sterilizing by boiling in just water. Tumble or hang dry. DO NOT use bleach, which damages the fibers or fabric conditioner, which inhibits performance. If used by mistake, rewash with a little detergent. Note: Color may run. Wash new cloths separately.

This is probably one of my favorite Fixes. I love how spotlessly they clean glass and mirrors with nothing but water. They clean so well, and then I just toss them in the wash with a load of towels and they’re ready to go again. I love that it doesn’t need ANY cleaning products to make it work. We use it on sliding glass doors, windows, the outside of our fish tank, and anything with a reflective surface, like our SS fridge.

I used it the moment I received it, and I am impressed. My daughter loves to help me clean, but I wouldn't say I like her using the spray because of all those chemicals. Took me awhile to get around to cleaning anything with these, but when I did—Wow! I cleaned the inside of my car’s windshield and it worked great, so I went ahead and cleaned our glass storm door—amazing. Now, my husband wants the waffle one to clean the kitchen. Guess we need more!

When I saw this arrive in my monthly delivery, I was skeptical. I didn't believe that just water in a cloth would do a comparable job to my normal cleaner. Was I wrong! Uhm, I was a bit skeptical of these when I got them and read how simple they were to use, like, no way these are going to work. Well, they WORK, and I am in LOVE. I have a mirror table that I have struggled to get a streak-free shine with, and have used every glass cleaner known to man, with no luck. Tried these and on the first try I got a streak free shine! I legit was saying “no way. no freaking way. ” As I was cleaning the table. So happy that I can eliminate another chemical from my cleaning supplies, and depend less and less on paper towels for cleaning!

I’ve been singing MightyFix’s praises for just about as long as I’ve been subscribed. This is by far my most loved product. It works better than paper towel/newspaper and a cleaning product. It makes buying window cleaning fluid a thing of the past because all you need is WATER! I work as an aquarist, and we use a similar (larger scale) product to clean the glass of the exhibits. These cloths are awesome, especially for those looking to make the switch to green and plastic free cleaning. 10/5 stars.

I've used old cleaner's tricks like newspaper and hot water to clean mirrors and windows in my time, and they worked great. One thing I couldn't get clean was the inside of the windshield in my husband's car. He smokes in the car so there's always a haze no matter what I used. These cloths took it off. If you use it for this, be aware that you will need to wash them with a bit of detergent afterward before using them on anything else. I just did a couple drops of laundry detergent or hand soap in the sink and rinse twice.

I seem to have had the same response to these as a lot of other mighty nest subscribers - meh. I wasn't too excited about it. Mainly because I hate washing windows. It sat in a drawer for probably two months untouched. My mom came over to stay and she hated the state of my puppy Bathroom 1320smudged windows. So she asked where my windex was - I said try this thing its supposed to work with just water but who knows. WOW wow wow. She went crazy and cleaned every single reflective surface and window in my house. Just water on the blue cloth and it polished up perfectly. I'm not a fan of the texture of most micro fibre cloths and I use newspaper and a glass cleaner for windows and have been happy with how the windows turn out overall.
