Have not stayed recently but did stay there 7 years ago. Great views. There was a villa next door but we never saw anyone there. I would guess since you are going in low season you will have privacy.

Magic View: AMAZING!
We stayed 7 days at Magic View! This villa is gorgeous! The view is spectacular, and there are several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy it. It is in the sun during the day if that is a problem but in the evening the breezes are great and the lights and view are just awesome. The kitchen had everything needed and the washer and dryer were right off of that. The living room was comfy and the breezes were always blowing. We only needed the AC in there one evening when it was unusually still and stuffy. The bedroom was fantastic and the bathroom was so cool! The pool was refreshing and not too cold. Nothing here to complain about - definitely on my list for the future!

I was really disappointed with my stay at Magic view villa st johnn. The pictures online made it look much nicer than it actually was. The rooms were small and outdated, and the beds were uncomfortable. The supposed "ocean view" was obstructed by trees, so we couldn't even enjoy it. Additionally, the service was lacking. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and it seemed like they didn't care about their guests. Overall, I would not recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

My experience at Magic view villa st johnn was terrible. The cleanliness of the villa was subpar, with dirty bathrooms and stained linens. The amenities mentioned on their website, such as a pool and gym, were either out of order or non-existent. Additionally, the location was far from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for sightseeing. Save yourself the disappointment and find another place to stay in St. Johnn.
