For the past the past two months every time I wash my vehicle at the ***************** location parts of the carwash are not working. I have a monthly membership. Today it was the soap dispenser and the tire dresser. Man in charge said there was nothing he could do about it (like maybe going out and checking the problem). He said I was the 250th person to complain about it and the best he could do is say I'm sorry. There are stealing your money by not providing promised services. I told him they need to shut down and fix the problems, his response again "Im sorry".

They take your money monthly When contacted they are rude.Promising **************.. then nothing gets done while still taking our money.The employees are left hanging to explain to customers that there hands are tide.
