The methods and exercises suggested were very monotonous and did not engage my interest at all. Furthermore, the explanations and grammar lessons were confusing and poorly presented. Despite putting in a lot of effort, I did not feel like I was making any progress with this book. I would not recommend it to anyone looking to learn Spanish.
2. John - 2/5 stars - I was disappointed with "Madrigal Magic Key to Spanish" as it did not live up to the hype for me. The way the author insisted on memorizing vocabulary through mnemonics felt cumbersome and time-consuming. Additionally, the book lacked thorough explanations of grammar concepts and failed to provide enough practice exercises for reinforcement. I found myself grasping for more resources and explanations outside of the book. Although some may find the unconventional teaching methods helpful, I personally did not find them effective.

Overall, I was highly disappointed with this language learning resource and would not recommend it to others.
