‘The Girl From the Moon’ by Sabyasachi Dhala is a book that revolves around Ranjan and Charu. Ranjan is from a very rich family who is very laid back and even after his parents insisting him to take up a job he is ignoring them. So one day, his uncle suggests him to come along with him to join his school. He was sceptical at first as the job didn’t suit his education but then his parents too force him to join his uncle. And so here starts the journey of Ranjan who thinks of seeing a girl but is not every if he actually someone or if it was a delusion. But one day the girl comes to his uncle’s school and when he sees her it was love at first sight for him. What happens next? Will Ranjan get to know this girl? Will this girl accept Ranjan? To know more read The Girl from the Moon.

The writing style of the author is beautiful. The author’s narration style is very good it will keep the readers engaged throughout the book. The narration was such that I could actually imagine the beautiful description of the places right in front of my eyes.

The language is simple and lucid the readers won’t find it too difficult to go through the book.

The plot of the story was somewhat similar to a Bollywood story but the ending was a bit different.

The author has successfully laid down what actually goes in the villages and even in cities even after so much modernisation. It is so true that people should look at other people with open mind and not judge others only because they have a different caste or are from a poor family.

The cover page is beautiful the colours are vibrant and will surely attract reader’s attention. The cover page also depicts a very beautiful scene from the book which is the best part.

The characters are well developed and they are somewhat relatable too. We as human are not perfect at all and this quality can be seen almost in all the characters be it Ranjan himself or his parents. We all have been some of these situations.

Overall, I liked the book and would recommend it to someone who is looking for a short read.

Love is pure, no matter who it is with- explains the content of the novel 'The Girl from the Moon' throughout. Sabyasachi Dhala introduces us to Ranjan, a rich, spoiled, jobless but true-to-heart guy who falls in love with Charu, a sweet, innocent girl from a village. They have fallen for each other, but will their family accept their affection? Even in today's world, will there caste come in the way? A unique love story ready to unfold.

First of all, the thought behind the plot is great. There are different aspects the story can be seen from- rich and poor, different castes, town and village- a lot of ways the relationship could be interpreted. The character of the guy was kind-of explored, although not with proper satisfaction. The social issues pulled out in the narration is appreciated, and in some sections, the emotions were properly displayed. Also, a great cover.

Yet, I have lots of complaints about this book. The narration needed to be better. There was a lot of telling, and less showing. The author meant to put in some humour, but it turned out to be a disaster when the situation demanded seriousness. There were innumerable grammatical errors, and the narration was scattered in so many places. It appeared that the author strayed away from the subject time and again. The characterisation needed to be better. The girl was described in so many different, colourful ways which went over-board after a while.

Overall, with all the goods and the bads, it was an honest attempt to cover a realistic love story. It's much appreciated.

It’s a book of romance genre. The protagonist of the story is Ranjan, he is a rich and town boy. The story begins with his family. He had been graduated since four years with degree in engineering and struggling for the job. The other important character is Charu. She doesn’t belong to well to do family compared to Ranjan. And she lived in village. Till now story was running like an ordinary like they fell in love and family opposed their marriage but then suddenly story took turn. They found a solution but you have to read the book to find that out. There is a hint in title, “the girl from moon”
I liked the plot, like it was going average but one major turn really got me into. The plot reminded me of typical Bollywood movies of 90s so I was bit nostalgic while reading. The language of the book is lucid. I liked the narration style of the author. Overall good one. Recommended from my side and a must read for all romance book lovers.

"Sometimes getting ready to take the first risk can lead us towards the path where we want to move. "
This a story of Ranjan and Charu. Ranjan is from City, a rich family and struggling to get a good job and suddenly her uncle ask him to join his school to teach the kids and although he refused to do at first but when he met Charu there he happily said yes as he found her girl, the girl from the moon.
I loved how the author brought up the social issues through the story and the characters, but at some point the story seems slow and the narration could have been a little bit more better. To know the whole story the readers must read the book till the last chapter.
The language is simple and lucid.
I loved the cover, it's colourful and appreciate with the title.

The Girl From The Moon by author Sabyasachi Dhala is a love story highlighting societal interference /acceptance for/about the same. Cover of book looks great.

Plot revolves around protagonist Ranjan and Charu's love story mainly and involves a lot of family drama, budding and blossoming of love scenes, societal dogma etc. The contrast between the main pair is portrayed nicely by author. So read to know about them, what happens to their love story and more. Story ends in a nice way that's the good thing about the book. Author's narration style is simple and too detailed, characters appear real and language is lucid.

A nice one time read.

The Girl from the Moon
Author: Sabyasachi Dhala
Genre: Romance

This is a typical bollywood style novel where boy meets girl , budding romance and so on and so forth . There is a pretty good plot twist in the end though.
One thing that irritated me a lot about the book was the language. How did it even get published.

The story is not something very out of the box, in fact I think the girl and boy in love but the family is against trope has been overused by all means. SO I didn’t really have a lot of fun reading like half the book. But then I really did not see that plot twist coming and honestly I am going to give this book an extra star just for that climax and ending. The characters felt very familiar, it feels like you know them, they may be your cousins or you neighbours, I really liked that. This familiarity brought out a realness in the story. The writing style is nice but the narration is fairly simple. They are not that special. Author has really pleasingly described everything in the book. This book is good for light reading and people will like it if they really like the romance genre.

TITLE : THE Girl From the MOON.

AUTHOR : Sabyasachi Dhala.

It's very Classic Bollywood variety of novel by Sabyasachi dhala.

Protagonist Couple "Ranjan" and "Charu" both are in Love and want to be allying forever, but as we sense, it isn't a fairytale.

Love is overcoming obstacles difficult to define and impossible to live without.
Not only their society's but as well their families are barricaded for their Relationship.
Love is work, but most of all Realizing of every hours, every minute and every second was worth.

Though the ending is emotional prove that not all the stories have dejected.

The Girl from the moon is based on unconditionally and healthy love relationship. Beautifully written and the cover of pages is so pulpy. Title is so Startling. Must read!

The Girl from the Moon is a very unique and beautiful love story of Rajan and Charu.
Rajan is from a very reputed rich family and Charu is a poor village girl. What happens when they fall in love?
The first half of the story is a bit predictable falling in love then family and society opposing their love because of caste and social differences.
But how Rajan and Charu find a solution to this is what makes the story unique.

I won't reveal what the ending is and why the title is The Girl from the Moon but its worth reading and i definitely recommend it to all romance lovers.

The language and narrations are very easy, great pick for Beginners too.

This story's plot is based on different caste love. The main protagonist Ranjan and the female protagonist Charu love each other but because of caste problems cannot be with each other in front of the society. They face many hurdles together to be with each other.

The plot of the story is really common but thankfully the writing style is really good and easy to understand. Also the ending was interesting.

This is definitely a one time read with a emotional fundamentals of love, separation and peace.

🤷📓
Why read this book?
If you love to read Bollywood style romantic books that talk about this typical rich upper caste boy - poor lower caste girl love story and how the entire universe is against them and how they overcome everything with the mere power of love. Then you should read this!! Though it has a unique ending than the Bollywood one. It's a recommended read for all teens that love Bollywood romance!!
📓📓
"Love is all about guts. If you have it, you have to fight with the world. If you don't you have to fight with yourself. "
The book is about a love story between a boy named Ranjan and the girl named Charu. Ranjan is a jobless Btech graduate and Charu, a village girl. How they meet? Ranjan's Uncle who is a headmaster at a school in Charu's village asks jobless Ranjan to help him teach the students there. Having no choice Ranjan goes with the flow. There he sees how the villagers are blinded by black magic, superstitions and illogical beliefs and now he is on a mission to change their beliefs. Charu is a beautiful girl. The villagers admire her a lot!! Not much about her personality is described. Almost entire story is written in a typical Bollywood style until a unique twist comes that makes the book not entirely Bollywood style! Charu and Ranjan come up with a solution and they decide to do something different, something unthought inorder to stay together and that's what sets the story apart from those typical Bollywood romance. In the entire book though many people oppose their thoughts and relationship Ranjan's Uncle as been a totally supporting character and a loveable guide to Ranjan throughout the read.
😇💓
Apart from the love story, the author gives us an insight into the mindsets of rural folks, their superstitious and illogical beliefs, as well as the mindsets of rich urban people and their prejudiced thoughts about village people. I liked how the author has talked about social issues and has highlighted the importance of education.
It can be read in one sitting. Language is simple and easy to understand. Inverse a lovely and a unique read.

E-Book - The Girl From The Moon by @sabyasachidhala

Its been 4 years since Ranjan had completed his graduation in engineering and is constantly pressurized by his parents to find a job. One day his uncle asks him to come to village and teach the kids there. At first Ranjan hesitates but then agrees. Soon he falls in love with a village girl Charu. Even charu liked him. They were madly in love and wanted to marry each other. But charu was scared that she being from village and different caste nobody would accept them. Even ranjan's parents were not happy with their son's choice. They wanted him to marry a rich educated girl from Delhi.

Will Ranjan, a town boy marry Charu, a village girl or give into family pressure? Will ranjan ever find a good job and get settled or will he continue teaching kids in the village?

#review - I don't usually read ebooks but when i find the title interesting i give them a try.
The book was captivating right from the start. Mostly its a romance book but the author has thrown light on many topics. It shows the mindset of rich parents from town. You will totally relate to the family scenario in this book. How parents force to find a good job and get settled. Also not to marry a girl who is from low caste. The author also shows the peaceful village life and the mindset of village people. The main highlight of the book was Ranjan speaking on the topic of periods to village people. the only reason i am giving this book a 3star. Otherwise its just another love story. The ending was beautiful. Altogether a light read.
Recommended for beginners.

Lunar Witch

A simple promise I’d made to myself after escaping a brutal childhood of abuse and being trained to enact violence on unblessed witches. Since that moment, I had managed to survive on the streets by successfully pickpocketing.

Unfortunately, after years of hiding, the monster who starred in all of my nightmares was closer than ever and I was faced with only one option - seeking refuge at the Dark Imaginarium Academy.

Filled with the elite witches of our society, I should have expected to run into some of my previous targets and that normally wouldn’t have been a problem. It wasn’t like they’d known I’d stolen from them.

Except for my last hit.

What I stole from him was something I would never forget because it was literally embedded in my chest. Yeah, he was a bit upset about that one. as in acting absolutely psychotic. Except he's not the only one.

A blood witch who has an addiction to my taste.

A lunar witch who takes pleasure in trying to scare me into submission.

An unblessed that wants to dissect me, literally.

A shadow witch that relishes in marking up my body to show ownership.

These men want to claim me, own me, and the treasure that I now possess, but I would never break the promise I made to myself.

But when my past follows me right into the place I considered a safe haven, I find that these psychos may be the exact key to getting rid of my problem forever. The only problem? These men are convinced that I've never experienced the type of horror that would be required for that to happen, that they have to protect me from it. What they don’t realize?

Killing left a stain on the soul and mine was pitch black.

Lunar Witch features characters that are all 18+. This is not a high school academy book and the contents are intended for mature audiences. This book includes violence, mature content, PTSD, flashbacks of abuse, and sex. There is no bullying from the harem, just psychotic men trying to claim their girl.

Lunar Witch is book one of three in the Phases of the Moon series, which is set within the shared universe of Dark Imaginarium Academy. All series can be read independently, but characters have crossovers and it is highly encouraged to read all within the universe to understand the world in its entirety.
