I had a terrible experience with my local magic tilt dealer. First of all, their customer service was non-existent. I had a few questions about the products they were selling, and when I called, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me. Secondly, their prices were outrageously high. I found the same items at other dealers for much cheaper. Finally, when I finally decided to make a purchase, they messed up my order and I had to wait weeks for them to correct their mistake. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
