I have 2 to show here, but after trying these, I m so interested in picking up the other 3, as they were just so gorgeous and unique to my collection, especially coming from a mainstream brand. It s a lovely purple shimmer that has quite a bit of blue in it as well the picture is fairly true to life even though it s purple and you know how that can get.

So this is going to be a quick post today since my parents are driving in from TN for our holiday visit. Since today is New Years Day, I think a lot of us are sitting around being forced to watch college football bowl games. Currently I am watching the Rose Bowl where Wisconsin is playing TCU (go Big 10 and Wisconsin and boo TCU. my husband went to SMU) so I decided to name this unnamed polish after TCU's colors. It's a lovely purple shimmer that has quite a bit of blue in it as well (the picture is fairly true to life even though it's purple and you know how that can get). Like the rest of the set the application and formula was great as well.

1. Jane - 2 stars - I was so excited to try the LA Colors Mermaid Magic Color Samples, but I was really disappointed. The colors were not as vibrant as they appeared in the packaging, and they were extremely difficult to apply. The formula was very watery and it took multiple layers to get any kind of decent color payoff. Additionally, the product did not last long on me at all, even with a primer. Overall, I found this product to be a waste of money and would not recommend it.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I had high hopes for the LA Colors Mermaid Magic Color Samples, but unfortunately, they fell flat. The colors were beautiful in the packaging, but once applied, they were sheer and lackluster. No matter how much I built up the product, I couldn't achieve the vibrant colors I was expecting. Additionally, the formula was very drying and emphasized any dry patches on my lips. I would not repurchase or recommend this product.
3. Mike - 2 stars - I was not impressed with the LA Colors Mermaid Magic Color Samples. The colors looked stunning in the case, but when I applied them, they came out patchy and uneven. It took a lot of effort to get an even application, and even then, the colors were not as pigmented as I had hoped. The staying power was also disappointing, as the product faded and smudged easily. For the price, I expected better quality and performance.
