1. John - 2/5 - I have to say I was quite disappointed with my stay at Kona Magic Sands 301. The photos on the website looked much more appealing than the reality. The unit was outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was uncomfortable, and the kitchen appliances were old and barely functional. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road was unbearable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the price.
2. Sarah - 1/5 - I would not recommend staying at Kona Magic Sands 301. The condo was in poor condition and not properly cleaned upon our arrival. We found stains on the furniture and dirty dishes in the cabinets. The bathroom was also very dated and smelled musty. The noise from the neighboring units was constant and disruptive. The only positive aspect was the ocean view, but it certainly didn't make up for all the other issues. Definitely not worth the money.
3. David - 2/5 - Kona Magic Sands 301 left a lot to be desired. The unit was outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens were worn out. We also had some issues with the plumbing, including a slow-draining shower and a leaky faucet. The overall cleanliness was subpar, and we found dust and dirt in various areas. The location was decent, with easy access to the beach, but that was the only redeeming factor. I would not choose to stay here again.
4. Michelle - 3/5 - My stay at Kona Magic Sands 301 was average at best. The condo lacked modern amenities and felt quite outdated. The television was tiny and the Wi-Fi was spotty. The kitchen was poorly equipped, making it difficult to cook meals. The noise from the nearby bar and restaurant was also bothersome, especially when trying to relax in the evenings. The only positive aspect was the proximity to the beach, but overall, I expected more for the price.
