The spell slots used are spent as if the spell has been cast that many times. The maximum level of spells imprinted this way is equal to 1/4 the users spellcaster level + their spellcasting ability, rounded down. If someone new attunes to the Scepter, the spell will not vanish, and its new master may try to cast the spell within, at a Arcana DC 11 plus the imprinted spells level, the spell will not take effect on a failure, but the user may try again.
When imprinting a new spell, the other spell and all charges already within it dissapate.
Only those attuned to the scepter may cast the spell within it.
