Was sold by the ingredients, no scent but after a while I felt its not very exciting product. Would not repurchase again.

07/11/2022 by Catrine Was this helpful? The case is so difficult to open my fingernails hurt trying to open this case. The balm is fine. 01/11/2022 by Ryan Verified Purchase Was this helpful? Beautiful multi-use balm, beautiful ingredients!

I purchased this after watching a YouTube video by Hyram, who was raving about the incredible ingredients list in some of Jessica Alba’s Honest Beauty products.This. Is. GORGEOUS! Alba’s own tutorial showed her using this as balm for her eyes and lips. I don’t use eye creams, they always seem very overpriced when many of their ingredients lists are similar to typical face moisturisers. My eyes also generally aren’t dry so I don’t really need one. Following Alba’s tutorial, I used a couple of sweeps of this balm under my eyes and across my eyelids before applying makeup. It feels lightweight but wonderfully hydrating. It’s also great on any dry-prone areas like elbows. And Hyram was right - The ingredients list… WOW!! Will absolutely purchase again.

Reviews for "The Secret of Honest Beauty's Magic Beauty Balm Revealed"

1. Jessica - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with the Honest Beauty Magic Beauty Balm. I have dry skin and was hoping this balm would provide the hydration and glow that it claims to give. However, it didn't do much for my skin at all. In fact, it left a greasy residue on my face that made me look even oilier than before. The texture was also quite heavy and it felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin rather than being absorbed. Overall, I didn't see any noticeable improvement in my skin's appearance or texture. I was expecting more from this product, especially given its claims, but unfortunately, it fell short for me.
2. Alex - 3/5 - I purchased the Honest Beauty Magic Beauty Balm wanting to use it as a primer before applying my foundation. However, I found that it didn't really do much in terms of extending the wear or improving the application of my makeup. It also made my skin feel quite tacky, which made it difficult for my foundation to glide on smoothly. Additionally, I didn't notice any brightening or blurring effect on my skin either. While it's not the worst product I've tried, it definitely didn't meet my expectations as a primer or provide any significant benefits to my skin. I won't be repurchasing this in the future.
3. Sarah - 1/5 - The Honest Beauty Magic Beauty Balm was a complete waste of money for me. I have sensitive skin and was hoping this balm would provide some nourishment and help soothe my skin. However, upon application, it caused my skin to break out in tiny red bumps. I tried using it multiple times, thinking it might be a coincidence, but each time, it caused the same negative reaction. It also has a strange artificial scent that I found quite off-putting. Overall, this product did more harm than good for my skin and I cannot recommend it to others, especially those with sensitive skin.
