Overall, I found "Hex Witch Song" to be a frustrating and confusing read.

Unfortunately, "Hex Witch Song" didn't live up to the hype for me. The writing style was overly flowery and pretentious, making it difficult to enjoy the story. I also found the dialogue to be unrealistic and forced, making it hard to believe in the characters' interactions. The plot felt predictable and lacked originality. I was hoping for a captivating tale of witches, but instead, I found myself bored and uninterested. "Hex Witch Song" just wasn't for me.
3. Emily - 2 stars
I had high hopes for "Hex Witch Song," but it fell flat for me. The world-building was weak, leaving me with a lot of unanswered questions about the magical system and the rules of this universe. The characters were one-dimensional and lacked development, making it hard to care about their fates. The romance aspect felt forced and unnatural, with no real chemistry between the protagonists. Overall, "Hex Witch Song" left me unsatisfied and wanting more depth and substance.
