Been playing this for a while, I think its a good pixel game, and the creator did their best to snuff out bugs while making a almost fluid like pixel game. ^w^
I also really like the Futa H events where not many R18 games seem to be fully on board with the whole Futa genre yet. X3

I don't know what the other reviewers were smoking, but the game is absolutely awful. The gameplay consists of you randomly running around to find where the hell you are supposed to go because THERE IS NO GODDAMN MAP! Even platformer fans like me cannot rate this higher, oh and don't even get me STARTED on the control scheme. It is so fucking awful that the uploaders here had lo LITERALLY WRITE A GUIDE on activating english, and then you need to manually change the controls, worst experience I have ever seen.

Sure you might say that the H-scenes are nice, but that doesn't compensate for the horrendous level design.

I made it to the mysterious library after the Succubus boos in the Ice cave and simply gave up, this is a boring waste of time.

Cute little game ngl. This game feels like playing on the gameboy advance. Good looking animations and sounds. I'm hesitating on giving this a 3.5 or a 4 because of some horrendous boss fights. The first boss was crazy unfair and i'm not even sure if the dark flower garden boss is even beatable. I hit her for one hour straight and she was still alive. Kept spamming her damn white carrots from the celling and a freaking plant got me on low health. I'm a guy how hates watching walkthroughs and i feel that you have to beat her in a cryptic way so i'm not even gonna bother. The real killer of this game is the no recovery option from knockbacks (as with old school video games). It is so frustrating i almost broke my keyboard. Am I gonna recommend this game to anyone ? Yes. But i will tell them that it is a rage game lol

Great game, and one of the few H games that actually made me care more for the gameplay than CGs or H-scenes. IMO:

1. Decent art style and retro aesthetic.
2. Decent animations (my favorite one would be the Necromancer x Nako).
3. Decent CGs (gallery).
4. A good metroidvania game that offers a decent amount of content for its relatively low price (12 USD IIRC, you can buy it on DLSite). Without guides and playing on Normal, it took me many deaths and around 4-5 hours to finish (that includes grinding items to unlock animations).
5. I liked the difficult areas, the challenging bosses and the different play styles depending on your spells.

1. The difficulty can be kinda BS and RNG at times; it's mostly a thing of trial & error (just like the 1st game, you gotta have a lot patience).
2. I felt that some spells were either too occasional or outright useless.
3. Well, I just beat the "Yuri Dungeon" and yep, the worst part of the game; it's so tedious, especially because of the good/bad RNG of difficulty, and because each time you save your progress gets halved (and if you leave, you'll lose all your progress).
4. The story was alright I guess? But I was kinda disappointed with the ending, it just seemed. vague? I played the previous game now and it featured a "vague" ending as well, so this is just smth personal, not necessarily wrong about the game.
5. The game mostly features futa on female, female on female, and futa MC on female content, so, if you're not into futa or dislike it, it'll be a turnoff (unless you don't mind and just want to play a good platforming game). Also, Nako (the MC) is a loli, so if you don't like lolicon (which is understandable, really), don't play this game (though Neri, the MC from the previous game, isn't a loli, so you may check it out).
6. Just a minor issue (for me at least); reused OST. I hope the dev doesn't keep reusing the OST from the 1st game now that he's making a new one, I hope he has enough budget to hire a musician.

Edit; I also beat Flower Fairy today and I enjoyed it too, but I could see that, despite reusing assets and enemies, the dev did a good job in making Flower Witch a worthy sequel; it's better mechanically, you can actually play on fullscreen and I feel the bosses are more punishing (though I might be wrong, but that's how I felt it; the 1st game is a bit easier than this one, *especially* the final boss).

The music I think is generic, kind of copied from other games but it fits this one very well, the game over screen most especially because it sounds like you are doomed to lewdness. The music + the voice overs made me cum multiples times. I love this dev already despite the games issues.

Fantastic game, 60+ really well done animations. CGs are great as well. Both CGs and MC involved animations can be viewed in the unlockable galleries.
Easily spent 20 hours in this game on the hardest difficulty and I still have a bit left to complete, though if you are playing on easy and are using a guide, it might take a fraction of that time (any% world record is like 28minutes). Worth supporting the Dev-Artist since he is working on a new game as well.

[This is my first review and the reviewing rules didn't mention anything about it, but I suppose it would be polite to mention that my review contains spoilers.]

I'm in love with this game, it hits so many marks for me.
The difficulty was frustrating but also very satisfying, felt a bit like playing Dark Souls.
I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of animations, and the bonus animation for remaining pure throughout the game is a very welcome incentive.
Getting to the secret boss while staying pure so I could get the "Kurosane's" fetish was very difficult and felt like an achievement.
I'll buy the game to support the developer, really wish they'd make a sequel. My only complaints are that some of the save points are sorta hidden and I would often explore a large area and die before I could make it to a previous save point or find a new one, though perhaps this is less of a problem if you're not trying to stay pure. You don't get to have master back at home after you finish it, which is a real shame, but that ending was really friggin' cute. These little flaws cannot justify a less than perfect score from me.

Very nice Metroidvania. It's pretty fun to play, and there's quite a bit to see and do.

While the controls can be a bit odd and the animations aren't high res or particularly smooth, the characters are attractive and if you enjoy yuri/futa-on-female content, it's one of the best games of this kind I've played.

The game is challenging for a hentai platformer even on the """easy""" difficulty, but once you get the hang of it (and probaby change the keybindings to your preference) it becomes a lot more doable and enjoyable, at which point you can appreciate the well done art and animations, though the overwhelming majority are female MC x Futanari or monster, with a handful of futanari MC x female animations. The game's fun as a platformer too, and there's plenty to explore/collect. Definitely recommended if you like futa and ryona platformers.

I remember playing the original game for a few very specific tentacle scenes, and when this was released in Japanese, I immediately latched onto Flower Witch as well. Unfortunately, tentacle scenes are far and few for this game, but you know what it has in spades?

Good fuckin gameplay.

I seriously enjoyed the exploration, even though backtracking is never fun, this game held me for a good couple of intense hours. By the time I reached the final boss, I had already committed to not nutting yet till I defeat her.

This game is challenging, and downright hard in some places, but it excels at being a game first, with the porn sprinkled in. Controls have a certain weight to them, unlike the action flash games of old and new, scenes are always around the corner, where you can throw yourself into an enemy's embrace.

This game satisfied me as a gamer, and as a degenerate.

An unexpected gem. There's some awkwardness getting it into english but the translation itself is good. Controls are fully customizable and gamepads are supported. The story is pretty basic, your mentor is missing, go find your mentor, also everyone in your way wants your booty. The pixel art is great and the scenes on the whole hit the mark for me, though if you're not into futa or tentacles there's not much for you.

The game plays as a 2d platformer and executes it well. The controls are responsive enough that it never feels like the game is screwing you when you fall. The combat is fine, if you hunt around you can find different spells scattered around but I found myself only really using the thorn whip spell you find early on. The biggest problem with the combat is when you need to hit flying enemies, but nothing survives more than a couple of hits so even then it's not a deal breaker.

As for problems, there's no map. Fairly late into the game you get the ability to break strong boxes, these had shown up since the second area as barriers. But I could only remember where one of them was, and without a map I didn't feel like replaying every previous stage to find them again. The game is probably too hard early on, you can't take many hits and the health drops even on easy are incredibly inconsistent. The ice area in general is a pain, slippery floors are never fun in platformers and the frozen enemies that break out already doing their attacks don't help. And finally some of the bosses can be a bit random, the octopus girl in particular stunlocked me for five hits in a row one attempt then basically rolled over and did nothing the next try, but all of them have nearby save points so even if you do get dunked it's not a huge time loss.

TLDR: Responsive controls, solid gameplay and good scenes. Some difficulty spikes and if you're not into futa or tentacles you probably won't like the smut.

Oh well, Flower Fairy. wanted to play it back then, but I found it to be too difficult with to low amount of checkpoints. Like anything could kill you or you did not know what are you jumping into and after you died, you have to go through that part with flower girl and elf.

I'm having an issue where the arrow keys and my controller works, but nothing will select anything. This means that I'm stuck at the main menu. Is there anyway for me to set buttons up outside of the menu / in game? And does anyone else have this issue?

it's not set up for controllers I don't think. The buttons are asdzxc and arrow keys. But the keys can be changed. Edit the keys to suit your controller with the keyboard and then. Let me know if you get past the mountainous area with the ice witches. Can't seem to find a way past.

I was using keyboard and nothing works. I hit every button on my keyboard and my controller and nothing works. And the arrow keys / analog stick works. I actually have no idea what to do. I tried the trial version and all of the buttons work with both controller and keyboard.

Witch Flower full walkthrough

1. History Kurosane the witch and her student Nako run a magic store deep in the woods. One day, they come across a white flower that they have never seen before. Its pollen had the power to put monsters into heat to violate humans.

2. Controls In the main menu you can select if you use a control or the keyboard with the backspace key (I recommend you use a control). A - Select S - Jump / Cancel Z - Sprint X - Attack C - Charge (replenish your magic more faster) V - Dodge (you fly with your staff)

3. Gameplay Your skirt will be torn apart with every hit of the enemys you get. If you don’t have your skirt anymore, they can grapple and rape you. You can struggle to break free. If you health bar reach 0, you lost.

4. Crystals Blue crystal

The blue crystal is a save point. It replenish your health bar and fix your clothes. Also, you have only one save slot, and when you die you start from the last save point you used.

The pink crystal have several uses, here is the menú:

5. List of spells You can use some of the flowers you pick during the game to make spells. Hold down the C button to use a spell.

You can throw sunflower seeds pressing the attack button.

You can use a whip pressing the select button.

You can summon a protective bee pressing the sprint button.

You can summon a flower to attack pressing the Dodge button.

When you jump, you can smash down against floor pressing the select button (dont need to the hold doww the C button in this case).

When you jump you can do a flip backward if you press the select button.

6. Pollination If pollinated by the white flower, a monster girl goes into futanari mode. Of course, this rule applies to the protagonist Nako as well. When Nako is in futanari mode, she can violate defeated monster girls in return!

You get pollinated only if the spores of the White flower touch you when your skirt is totally torn apart.

Girls you can violate: You can’t violate all the girls due they disappear after you defeated them. You can violate some of them by killing the flower that is fucking them in that moment. But only in some of these cases you can rape them, in other cases they ’ll attack you right away. This are the girls you can fuck after release them from the plants:

There are two gilr more you can violate, but they are in boss battles.

When you fight with a big plant that have captive the girl I show below, first you have to release her, then defeat her, and finally you can violate her. By the way, the boss can pollinate you.

The last one is your sensei. In the fight against the last boss you’ll realease her, then you can violate her or keep fighting with the boss. But, this boss can’t pollinate you, so you need enter the boss already with this state.

7. Interaction during a rape When a girl rape you (after your health bar is empty), you can select two options with the jump button, one with a heart, and one with a staff.

The staff icon means the enemy will release you after cumming. The heart icon meanse the enemy will keep raping you until you want.

8. Rebattle a boss After defeating a boss you have the option to battle with her again all the times you want. But to do so, you first have to defeat the Lily Mimi boss (it’s a sucubus). After that, you can find her in your house. If you talk with her, she let you battle with the bosses you have defeated until then. If you lose, the game will not end, you just are going to wake up in your bed. You can select the level of the difficult of each battle. To the left of Lily Mimi, you will see a book, which have the registry of the bosses defeated in hard mode.

9. View CG’s of the Game Over screen. First you have to defeat the necromancer boss. After that, you can find her in your house. Next to here there is a cauldron. If you interect with it, you can see the Game Over screens unlocked until that moment.

To Access to the side quest, first you have to defeat the boss Princess Pirate Nanamifune. After that, you can find her in your house. If you speak with her, she will open a path that previously was closed by a tentacles. That zone is beneath the place you defeated her.

Aftering enter that zone, you have to retrieve the item you will encounter at the bottom. Once you have the item, speak with Nanamifune again and she can teleport you to a doungeon with various levels. I don’t know what you can get if you complete this doungeon, because I’m keep traped in a loop and don’t know how to progress. But you can find all the herbs for spells and the staffs in this place defeating enemies.
