I spray this on my hair before I blowdry it or curl it and it does its job it moisturizes my hair and I have less heat damage using this but I don't love this product. You have to be super careful to not use too much, one spray too many and then it will make your hair looks super oily no matter what you do. The smell is really strong and very sweet and I wish it was less fragrant. My boyfriend loves the smell but I feel like it overpowers any perfume I try wear.
