1. Samantha - 1/5 stars - I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Enchanted Retreats. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. The rooms were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty. Additionally, there were no amenities as advertised, such as a pool or spa. I would not recommend staying here.
2. John - 2/5 stars - My stay at Enchanted Retreats was underwhelming. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The check-in process was disorganized, and we had to wait for a long time before being able to access our room. The room itself was average, nothing special. The worst part was the noise level. There were constant disturbances from other guests, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
3. Michelle - 2/5 stars - I had high hopes for Enchanted Retreats, but my stay fell short of expectations. The location was not as secluded as advertised, with noise from the nearby highway disturbing the peace and quiet. The room was small and cramped, and the furnishings were outdated.
