City Museum: The artsy playground is an ever-evolving space full of wonderful eccentricities to explore. With floors upon floors of something whimsical in every corner, it's nearly impossible to see—and do—it all in one day. With the unlimited yearly membership, you can save something for another visit. But it's not all kid-centric. Adults can visit the museum’s bars, and come summer, the rooftop hosts events and live music. The Basic Membership ($39.99, plus tax, per person) includes unlimited admission, access to MonstroCity, and free admission for children under 3. 1. Amy - 2/5 - I was really excited to get a discounted magic house membership for 2022, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. First of all, the customer service was terrible. It took forever for someone to answer my questions, and when they did, they were not helpful at all. Secondly, the membership benefits were not as advertised. There were very few discounts available, and some of the attractions listed were not even included. Overall, I would not recommend this discounted membership to anyone.
2. John - 1/5 - I regret purchasing the discounted magic house membership for 2022. The whole experience was a disaster. Not only were the prices not as discounted as promised, but the customer service was also absolutely horrible. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give it to me and instead offered a future discount. I had no intention of ever returning to this place after such a terrible experience. Save your money and find a better deal elsewhere.
3. Sarah - 2/5 - I was incredibly disappointed with the discounted magic house membership for 2022. The advertised discounts and benefits were nowhere near what was promised. The attractions were limited, and the ones that were included had long wait times and were overcrowded. The whole experience was a letdown, and I would advise anyone considering purchasing this membership to think twice. There are definitely better options out there for a more enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
